Like the pantry, on this page you get a view into my kitchen. Tools and equipment I use. Things I like, gadgets that disappointed and sometimes a view behind the scenes of my ongoing kitchen remodel.
The kitchen to me is the most important space in my house. I do most of my work here, if it is morning coffee and planning out my day, recipe testing and development, getting ready for a photoshoot and of course, preparing meals for my family. We also eat in the kitchen since I choose an open floor plan for my remodeling with a huge Island as the centerpiece of it. Here I gather with my sons and talk about their day over dinner, share some coffee and croissants with friends and even use it to photograph some of my recipes.
